We really enjoyed everything about this hotel. Location, an easy walk to all attractions❤
perfect for weekend. 20 mins on foot to the subway station. we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if we go to são paulo.
Perfect hotel according to price/quality ratio. Staff is nice even if they don't speak English so well. Perfect position: 10 minutes by walking to get Avenida Paulista and subway. Room was just like i saw on website .. and it was nice. Hotel is a good mix between formal and informal way. You can book without thinking so much about.
One thing: i spent there 7 nights but they didn't change bed at all. Wifi needed to be paid.
The room was very large for a single room at any price point. The hotel offered complimentary breakfast and the staff was very friendly.
Not much english spoken by the staff.
check in to late as fight from london arrive early
they had no record of our reservation and took more than an hour to sort a room out.
The staff is very friendly and the breakfast buffet is okay. The hotel is in a quite, secure street only a few blocks away from Avenue Paulista.
The bathroom looked clean, but there was a disgusting sour odor like from mold.
Very nice hotel, well located, central and quiet. What I most liked was to walk around without fear.
The pool on the roof was nice and the view from there is nice. The staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful.
The room (carpet and furniture) was shabbier than expected. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. The floor drain in the bathroom had standing water in it and smelled like sewage. The bath tub looked like it had decades of dirt ground into the surface. It was not close to any shopping.
The Hotel and it's facilities are too old. If you are an English speaking person, it is difficult to find some staff to help you. The telephone charge rate was a disaster too.
surrounding area ok to walk round, friendly staff, from reception to room maids, nothing was too much trouble. rooms clean and good size, breakfast always good on the 11days we were there.evening meals good, all in all a safe happy enviroment to stay.
could do with a dedicated bar to relax in.more variety in the menu.
large and clean rooms. The rooms are suites with a separate living area with sofa and kitchenette with fridge and sink. There is a sliding wall that can open or separate the rooms.
the gym isn't much to write home about. more a token gesture than a gym, usual i guess for a 3 star hotel
Clean, modern well located hotel
None of the reception staff at any time speak English
Charged for internet, but no internet access. Impossible if you are traveling on business.
good food selection at the breakfast.
the hydro massage bath tub in the bathroom didn't work at all and the bath tub was not very clean.
